We are NOT inside the Bungle Bungles. We are only 1km from the Great Northern Highway. 2WD access, the perfect pit stop to park your van and explore the Bungles with our tours or self drive. 

Check-ins are from 2:00pm and check out is 10:00am

Early check ins/late check outs are dependent on availability and incur an extra fee. 

Check in is between 2:00 and 4:30. If you are arriving outside these times, please contact us ahead of time. We do not accept arrivals after 7:00pm to not disturbe our guests.

Our office/reception is open from 8:00am till 4:30pm.

We offer  buffet dinners. Bookings are essential!! Open  5:30 – 7:00pm for dinner.

Yes of course! This is popular with guests travelling to the Bungle Bungles.

Storage is for 24 hours starting from the time of drop off. Another full day charge will apply to all late pick ups. Please book on arrival in our office. No online or prebookings available. 

The Bungle Bungle Caravan Park is open from 1. April  till the 30.September. Please note the exact dates will differ slightly each year depending on the weather and national park opening and closing dates.

We do recommand that you book as soon as you know your dates, to avoid dissapointment. The caravan park can fill up quick during busy times.

We are very pet-friendly, dogs are allowed in the camp ground and the restaurant, however they must be on a lead at all times. Please be aware, we do not permit any pets being unattended in the caravan park. 

Sorry, we can not offer dog sitting. Please do not leave your dog unattended at the caravan park.It is cruel to the animal and can cause a lot of noise. You need to find appropriate care for your dog while you are out exploring.

Most of our powered sites are around 8m wide and vary in length between 10m to 16m. We cannot guarantee a specific site at the time of booking. 

We have Telstra reception only. Works best around the reception, bar and fire pit area. Cabins and Ensuite Tents are located at the other end of the caravan park.

No WIFI available at the moment. 

Yes, we have a licensed bar. However, no takeaways can be purchased and you have to consume your drinks inside the fenced restaurant area.

This is something we can definitely cater for. Please let our reservations team know upon booking and we will be sure to note it in our bookings system.

National Park Fees: CLICK HERE

Entry Fees: Self drivers need to pay national park entry fees at the visitor centre on arrival to the park. We do not sell park passes.

If you book one of our 4WD Bus Tours the National Park Fee is included.

The road into the Bungles is unsealed, corrugated and has many creek and river crossings. Access for high-clearance four-wheel drive vehicles with low-range gears, and single-axle high-clearance camper trailers and caravans only.

Allow approximatley 2 hours travel time, pending road conditions.

Contact Parks and Wildlife regarding road conditions.

That's why staying with us is a safe bet... we're just 1km from the highway and we're accessable by 2WD vehicles. 4WD bus and helicopter tour depart from our site. 

240-volt power in our cabins and en-suite safari tents is to be used for small personal items only.

Generators are not permitted in the park at any time.

All of our cabins and en-suite safari tents have a private ensuite with hot showers and flushing toilets.

All cabins have air conditioning

Yes, there is both grey and black waste dump points at the caravan park. Please enquire at Reception as to where they are located.

We have BBQs and wash up facilities for you to use around the park.

Unfortunately not, as we are in a very remote location with limited supplies. Please ensure you are self-sufficient if carrying your own food.

No sorry we do not. 

Yes, we use bore water which then gets filtered twice. 

We certainly can. You can book ALL our tours on the website. Scenic Helicopter Flights and 4WD Bus Tours to see the Bungle Bungles by ground and by air. 

No fires are allowed in the caravan park, but you can come and sit around our community fire pit in the restaurant area every night from 4:30 - 8pm.

Accommodation cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of your arrival, will receive a 100% refund. 

For cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival, you will be held financially responsible for your entire reservation.
